WASHINGTON, Feb. 12 (Xinhua) -- Boston Celtics guard Leandro Barbosa will be out for the rest of the National Basketball Association season due to a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his knee.
The 30-year-old suffered the left knee injury during Monday's game against the Charlotte Bobcats.
He is the third Celtics player lost for the season due to injury. Rajon Rondo also suffered a torn ACL last month and back surgery has put out Jared Sullinger.
