SUZHOU, China, July 22 (Xinhua) -- Changchun Yatai thrashed Beijing Guoan 2-0, ending Beijing's four-game winning streak in the seventh round of the Chinese Super League (CSL) here on Thursday.

In the 21st minute, just two minutes after Guoan defender Li Lei's shot was denied by the cross bar, Yatai striker fought back by dribbling through Li's defense to break the deadlock.

The score did not change until the 74th minute. Receiving Serginho's free kick, Li's header coincidently assisted Yatai defender Sun Jie, gifting him a goal to notch the win.

Elsewhere, thanks to the dominant advantage in the first half, Shanghai Shenhua eased past Tianjin Jinmen Tigers 3-1.

Shenhua had a quick start into the game, as Adrian Mierzejewsk made the opener with his powerful header in the fourth minute and Kim Shin-Wook smashed in a volley from a cross off Christian Bassogog in the 10th minute.

Though Zhao Yingjie pulled one back for Tianjin in the 18th minute, his foul in the stoppage time gave Shenhua another opportunity and Cao Yunding made a perfect free kick to seal the victory for Shenhua.

In the other two games on Thursday, Shanghai Port beat Hebei FC 1-0, while Dalian Pro held Wuhan FC 1-1. Enditem
