The 22-year-old made 29 points in the decisive set against 26 by Nespoli, men's team winner at London 2012, when the two tied at 4-4.

This is the first gold for Turkey in Tokyo, and Gazoz became the only non-South Korea archer to stand on top of the podium in the sport.
