The 33rd Eurasia International Marathon kicks off in Istanbul on Oct. 16, 2011.

Vincent Kiplagat of Kenya won the men's race with two hours, 10 minutes and 58 seconds while Alemitu Abera from Ethiopia won the women's race with two hours, 27 minutes and 56 seconds.
