MACAO, Aug. 2 (Xinhua) -- Macao's Commission Against Corruption (CAC) has apprehended five people suspected of bribery and bribery-taking, local media reported Thursday.

The Macao Post Daily quoted CAC sources as saying that three of the suspects, who were working with the Lands, Public Works and Transport Bureau, allegedly received bribes from two construction managers.

The CAC has transferred the case to the Public Prosecution for further investigations and possible arraignment on bribery and bribe-taking charges, said the newspaper.
