6.1-magnitude quake hits east coast of Honshu, Japan-- HK Observatory

HONG KONG, May 20 (Xinhua) -- A 6.1-magnitude earthquake jolted the east coast of Honshu, Japan at 15:20 Hong Kong Time on Sunday, the Hong Kong Observatory said.

The epicenter was initially determined to be at 39.4 degrees north latitude and 144.0 degrees east longitude.
