SHANGHAI Call Center, known to foreigners as "Shanghai voice," has teamed up with one of the world's biggest software service and IT companies.
The center yesterday signed a memorandum of cooperation with Infosys Technologies Limited at its headquarters in Bangalore, India.
Meanwhile, the Shanghai Information Technology Development Commission and Shanghai Pudong Software Park also signed a memorandum of cooperation with Infosys.
Shanghai Call Center is a free 24-hour hotline hosted by the Shanghai government and undertaken by the Wenhui-Xinmin United Press Group (publisher of Shanghai Daily), providing foreigners with information about Shanghai's culture, entertainment, education, investment, medical services, tourism, transport, entry-exit issues and many other topics.
