MOSCOW, March 25 (Xinhua) -- A Russian Soyuz rocket carrying a Progress M-15M cargo ship blasted off to the International Space Station from the Baikonur space center in Kazakhstan on Friday, according to Russia's Federal Space Agency Roscosmos.
