Sony released S series "Sony Tablet", the first "Tablet PC" of Sony, in Shanghai on Thursday. The "Sony Tablet" uses Android Honeycomb 3.2 operation system with 9.4 inches multi touch screen, NVIDIA Terga 2 processors and 5 million pixels camera.
