STORY: Ryan O'Neal and his son Redmond have been busted. Police arrested the actor and his son by Farrah Fawcett on suspicion of drug possession after finding narcotics in their Malibu home. Police were doing a routine check of the home as a result of 23-year-old Redmond's guilty plea to drug possession in June.
Britney and Jamie Lynn's mom says she found out about her younger daughter's pregnancy through a note. Lynne Spears, in an interview with NBC, says she was initially shocked. Jamie Lynn, the "Zoey 101" star, gave birth to a daughter in June. She and her boyfriend are now engaged.

Josh Brolin's role as President George W. Bush in Oliver Stone's biopic W is creating a buzz ahead of the film's October release.
