A Japanese tourist who arrived at Mexico City Airport 12 weeks ago is refusing to leave.
Hiroshi Nohara, who is in his 40s and from Tokyo, has remained in the transit lounge at Terminal One of the Benito Juarez International Airport since September 2nd.
