Polar bear Huggies was 5 months old when she was found floating alone on an iceberg in 1994 on the Siberian coast. She was then transported to the Dutch Zoo in the town of Rhenen from Moscow.

Polar bear twins, Freedom and Swimmer, were born on Dec 14, 2008 from the mother Huggies.

This is Huggies' second successful pregnancy in captivity.

Kimberly-Clark, the diaper manufacturer, has adopted the twin polar bear cubs. Polar bears have been on the list of endangered species for 2 years now.

The Rhenen Zoo has an ongoing breeding program for the endangered species.
