Pop singer Madonna and her entourage are back in Africa.
She's hoping to adopt a second African child from Malawi.
She apparently wants to be mother to a four-year-old girl called Mercy James.
Her eldest daughter 12-year-old Lourdes was with her.
In 2006 the American singer adopted a baby boy called David Banda.
Mercy lives at the same orphanage, although David wasn't an orphan.
His father sent him there after his wife died and much controversy surrounded his subsequent adoption.
This time is different too because Madonna is now a divorced, single mother.
As well as David she has a 12-year-old daughter and an eight-year-old son.
She's expected to appear in court on Monday for the adoption proceedings.
And there are claims the process is illegal.
Non-residents aren't allowed to adopt in Malawi.
The government was accused of skirting the law last time - similar accusations are expected this week.
