BEIJING, July 2 -- The final batch of assets from the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games was put on auction in Beijing Tuesday by Beijing Assets and Equity Exchange. These assets include the table tennis table used in the final match, Rostrum chair, dining table and so on.
In the auction, the original price of three groups of assets are 32,000yuan; 39,000 yuan and 14,000 yuan. After fierce competition, the prices jumped to 201,000 yuan; 300,000 yuan and 65,000 yuan respectively. The most expensive groups of assets include some sofas and chairs made for head of state attending the 2008 Beijing Olympic games.

Considering the on-going global financial crisis, the heated competition of the auction of the Olympic assets reflects the potential of property market and the celebration of the Olympic Games in China.
The buyer of the table tennis table used for the final match Lu Xiaoxun believed that assets carries the spirit of the Olympic games.

The auction of the Olympic assets started on June 25th last year and it have created four records in China's property market. Beijing Assets and Equity Exchange have recycled cash of about 189 million yuan in the total 25 auctions.
