A 30-story residential building in Yuzhong district, Southwest China's Chongqing municipality, is engulfed in flames and smoke, Aug 9, 2010.
The fire started on the ninth floor about 4:30 pm and spread to the top in less than 10 minutes, burning properties down as most of the residents were away at work.
It's reported that three kids died in the fire.
