Too sexy for Sesame Street.
Producers of the hit children's television show Sesame Street have canceled an appearance by pop star, Katy Perry following feedback from concerned parents.
The singer was set to appear on the premiere of the show's 41st season, singing a rendition of her 2008 single 'Hot N Cold' with Elmo.
Perry appears in the clip wearing a low-cut wedding gown... which some parents claim was too revealing for a young audience.
In a statement, Sesame Workshop said it decided it would 'not air the segment on the television broadcast of Sesame Street, which is aimed at preschoolers'.
With the skit now removed from the show, Sesame Workshop wants to no doubt put the great muppet caper behind it.
