Ecuador's Correa under fire

Ecuador's President Rafael Correa under siege. Unrest is spreading acrosss Ecuador, after he annouced austerity measures. As the president tries to regain his composure he becomes caught in a melee as one protester tries to tear off his gas mask amid tear gas.

Police apparently led the protests after their benefits were cut by Correa.

Later the President spoke with Ecuador's Ecuavisa from the Hospital.
