According to the video description, it happened on the evening of May 8 near Xuanwumen. In the video, the victim, wearing only panties under the waistline, cried to people who came to her rescue, “No! No! I don’t know him.” The veracity of this video has so far not yet been confirmed. One commenter, however, said that it was a scam plotted by the woman and the “passersby” to extort money from the foreigner.
