Chinese President Hu Jintao delivered a speech upon his arrival in Hong Kong. He arrived at noon Friday to attend the celebrations marking the 15th anniversary of Hong Kong's return to the motherland and the swearing-in ceremony of the fourth-term government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).

Hu said the mainland and Hong Kong should unite and work together for a better future. The central government is willing to work with the Hong Kong people from all walks of life to draw up the "precious experiences " in carrying out the "one country, two systems" policy over the past 15 years for further development.
