An Oklahoma police officer was suspended after he was caught on camera using a taser on a woman in custody.
Nakina Williams was in handcuffs, accused of public intoxication, when she spit on the officer.
In response, Officer Sterling Taylor shocked her with a taser. Taylor was seen circling Williams while the probes were still on her for a little more than minute.
