The Dai ethnic group in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan province, celebrated the annual Water-Splashing Festival on Sunday, the third day of the New Year on their calendar, April 15, 2012. However, out of nowhere, some people began to throw shoes at each other. See for yourself in the video above. What a scene!
