Thai PM announces state of emergency

BANGKOK, Sept. 2 (Xinhua) -- Thailand's Prime Minister Samak Sundaravej announced the state of emergency in the capital of Bangkok early Tuesday morning after a riot clash between the anti-and pro-government protestors.
