Dozens have been killed and others wounded in the suicide blast at a packed restaurant near the ethnically mixed Iraqi city of Kirkuk.
The exact numbers of dead and wounded are not yet confirmed but Iraqi police say at least 46 people have been killed and about 100 more hurt in the attack that shattered the calm of a major Muslim holiday.
