Russia voices "regrets" over DPRK's decision to quit six-party talks

MOSCOW, April 14 (Xinhua) -- Russia's foreign ministry said Tuesday that it could "only regret" Pyongyang's decision to quit the six-party talks on the nuclear issue on the Korean Peninsula, news agency RIA Novosti reported on Tuesday.
