STOCKHOLM, Oct. 25 (Xinhua) -- The European Union on Sunday condemned car bomb attacks in Baghdad, capital of Iraq, including the one close to the Ministry of Justice.
"The Presidency of the European Union condemns today's car bombs in Baghdad, including the one close to the Ministry of Justice, in which at least 60 people have lost their lives and 400were injured," said the EU Presidency Sweden in a statement.
"The presidency conveys its condolences to the families of the victims of this terrorist attack," added the statement.
The EU also condemned other attacks that have taken place at various locations in Iraq in the last months.
According to the latest report, the death toll from two truck bomb explosions in central Baghdad on Sunday rose to 132 with 512 people injured.
