Power cut hits Chilean capital, three other districts

SANTIAGO, March 14 (Xinhua) -- Chile's capital city Santiago and three other districts have been hit by a power cut Sunday night.

The massive power stoppage, which began at 7:55 p.m. (2255 GMT), caused a massive blackout and suspension of mobile phone telecommunication in Santiago.
