BANGKOK, May 18 (Xinhua) -- The Rajvithi Hospital in central Bangkok on Tuesday morning evacuated some 38 foreign medical students from two apartment buildings locating nearby the anti- government rally site.

At 10:20 a.m., a doctor of the Rajvithi Hospital called the Jor Sor 100 traffic radio station to recount that the foreign medical students were stranded at Rang Nam Apartment and KT Mansion, the Nation newspaper's website reported.

After that vehicles from concerned units were sent to evacuate the foreign students from the dangerous zone.

The Rang Nam Apartment and KT Mansion are located not far from the anti-government main rally site Rajprasong Intersection in central Bangkok.
