Libya NTC chief to leave hospital in 2 days

Libya, May 8 (Xinhua) -- Libya's Benghazi Medical Center late on Monday confirmed that the head of the interim ruling National Transitional Council (NTC) will finish his treatment and leave the hospital in two days.

The center's Health Services Director Dr. Laila Boukaiqis said at a press conference that NTC Chairman Mustafa Abdul-Jalil, who entered the hospital on Saturday, suffered from exhaustion and hernia, and was treated by a simple surgery.
