DPRK opens welfare, amusement facilities in Pyongyang

The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) held an inauguration ceremony for a health complex, an ice rink and a roller skate park in Pyongyang on Friday.

Speaking at the ceremony, Premier Choe Yong Rim called on employees of the Ryugyong Health Complex, the People's Open-air Ice Rink and the Skate Park to "take good care of the service facilities and equipment and minutely organize their service and operation in the spirit of rendering devoted service to the people," according to the official Korean Central News Agency.

The health complex has modern facilities for bathing, hairdressing, beauty and massage treatment and fitness exercises, KCNA said.
