ISLAMABAD, Nov. 30 (Xinhua) -- At least three soldiers were killed and several others including both troops and civilians went missing as an avalanche hit Pakistan's northern area along the Pak- Indo Line of Control, local media reported Friday.
A sources of Xinhua in northern Pakistan said that the avalanche occurred at about 3:00 a.m. local time Friday near Tehjiann Sector in Pakistan-held Azad Kashmir area along the Line of Control between Pakistan and India.
The bodies of the three soldiers killed in the avalanche have already been recovered and airlifted to their hometown, said the army source.
