5.2-magnitude quake hits Hokkaido, Japan

An earthquake measuring 5.2 on the Richter scale jolted Hokkaido of Japan at 21:34:32 GMT on Wednesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 59.50 km, was initially determined to be at 43.1448 degrees north latitude and 145.7090 degrees east longitude.
