HONG KONG, Dec. 17 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.8 jolted 60 km WSW of Mendi, Papua New Guinea at 16:08:28 GMT on Wednesday, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said.
