About 27 children from several months to 3 years old, whose mothers are detained in the women's prison in Quito, live at the kindergarten. During daytime they study, play or receive psychological counseling from teachers at the kindergarten; at night they spent time with their mothers in prison. Under the proposal of Ecuadorian vice President Lenin Moreno, the Ecuadorian government started the program of "No kid in prison" to help the kids whose both parents are in prison.
