Philippine Interior Secretary Ronaldo Puno announced in the news conference Thursday in Manila's Quezon city the surrender of Andal Ampatuan Jr. who was implicated in the massacre of 57 journalists, lawyers and political supporters in Maguindanano province in southern Philippines is the worst political violence in recent history.
