When customers throughout China buy food in the near future, they will be able to know immediately where it comes from, what company made it and even how it was produced.
Online shopping drew the largest number of complaints in the e-commerce industry last year, according to a report released on Wednesday. 52 percent of the complaints involved online shopping, far outstripping other activities such as group purchases.
