The following is the full text of the Constitution of the Communist Party of China (CPC) revised and adopted at the 18th CPC National Congress on Nov. 14, 2012:

Yang Jie, a customs officer at Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, is the only customs worker selected to be a delegate for the 18th CPC National Congress, to be held on Nov 8.

During his 16 years service, Wang Yuning has solved more than 1,300 cases, fulfilling his commitment to protect common people from evil.
