NPC vice-chairwoman meets Japanese guests

BEIJING, May 8(Xinhuanet)-- He Luli, vice-chairwoman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress(NPC) met here Sunday with Keishu Arita, president of Japanese Soto Zen Buddhism.

He welcomed Arita's visit and expressed her belief that the president's China tour would have a postive impact on improving mutual understanding and friendship between the two peoples.
