Senior CPC official meets Gabonese delegation

BEIJING, April 24 (Xinhua) -- A senior official of the Communist Party of China (CPC) on Tuesday met with a delegation of the Democratic Party of Gabon (PDG) to discuss party-to-party ties.

Wang Gang, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, met with the delegation headed by PDG Secretary General Faustin Boukoubi at the Great Hall of the People.

Wang and Boukoubi both pledged to further boost friendship and cooperation between the two ruling parties as well as the two nations to benefit the people of the two countries.
