Rihanna and ex Chris Brown reunited, somewhat, tonight at Game 4 of the NBA Finals in Orlando.

"Rihanna and Chris are coming together," a source told Us.com of the game, which featured the Los Angeles Lakers facing off another time against the Orlando Magic.

"They are both sitting courtside and likely near each other," the source said.

Us.com, however, later confirmed that the former flames were seated apart.

On Tuesday, Rihanna was subpoenaed to appear at the preliminary hearing in the assault case against Brown, slated for June 22.

"She will answer any lawfully posed questions by the district attorney and defense counsel," her attorney Donald Etra told Us. "She is always willing to do what she is lawfully required to do."

Brown has pleaded not guilty to two felony counts after allegedly beating the singer Feb. 8 in L.A.
