Tons of coins found in Shaanxi

Workers dug out about 4 tons of ancient coins Monday in Huaxian, Shaanxi province.

Some authorities said that the coins may be from the Song Dynasty (960-1279), and accordingto the characters on the coins they may have been made sometime in 1102 to 1106.
