Not everyone in Germany is suffering from the heavy winter snowfall as visitors to Tellingstedt woke up to a picture postcard Christmas day.
Cold weather did not stop people from heading off for wintry walks.
"I think a White Christmas is a good thing. And i happy for it to stay as it is. The main thing is that we could get here. And that worked out well. So It is fine as it is. I wouldn't mind a bit more! (snow)."
While winter storms have left thousands stranded across Europe -- in Northern Germany they welcome a White Christmas.
