BOGOTA, May 8 (Xinhua) -- Colombia on Saturday reported 492 more deaths from COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, raising the nationwide tally to 77,359, the ministry of health and social protection said.
Meanwhile, 16,910 new infections were reported, bringing the national count to 2,985,536, the ministry said.
A total of 6,096,661 doses of vaccine have been administered nationwide and 2,235,245 people have been fully vaccinated after receiving both jabs. Enditem
