BEIJING, Jan. 17 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.4 jolted 241 km ENE of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Russia at 0831 GMT on Sunday, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said.
